My cheat menus don;t come up anymore and i do not have cursor xp and i am pushing the right buttons

no one seems to know how to fix this :( i'v askes EA, Iv asked SIms Staff, i've asked the sims2 offical forum numerous times and you guys don;t know the answer :(

Hey, you only gave us two hours...our forum isn't very busy. Give it at LEAST 24 hours before bumping your own thread.

I don't know the answer, but I know people have asked it before on here, did you do a search of this forum?
