Trouble Installing sims 2 pets

I'm not very technical minded, but if you post your entire system specs someone should be able to assist you quicker. Check here (http://forums.worldsims.net/showpost.php?p=94222&postcount=2) if you're not sure how to get your system specs.

Also, do you mean install or download...downloading is illegal, if you're trying to install it from a CD we can assist.

9.problem:when it goes up to 85% it stops and says support/*.*
and i exchange it 2 times and same prblem/
