You're trying to "install" the game, so it should be in "installation". (I moved it to the correct section.)

I noticed that you had a message in the correct section, but deleted it for lack of answers. Please understand that this is a *small* forum. We all try to help each other, but sometimes the people who can answer your questions are not around immediately. (Immediately would be within a couple of days.)

I'm not sure what is going on in your game, so I can't help. Wait a bit and others who can may show up.

In the meantime, please post your computers specs following the instructions here:

It could be that the computers you've tried it on have problems with installation and you may need help based on them.

Another hint for getting help more quickly: use a title that explains your problem in just a few words, then state your entire problem in the body of your question. (For instance, what I used as a "title": Install problem with Pets.) You can go in and edit your original post so that it works. But doing things like "Im I in ThE Right ThrEad..." for a title is a turnoff for those who might want to help you.
