Hey everyone, I've been gone a pretty long while now and I didn't mean to be! I've missed all of you TONS! I've been sick and stuff, but also just troubles with depression and real life adventures... I haven't been doing the things I've meant to do, haven't been here, haven't posted in my webpage much lately, haven't played the Sims at ALL for about a month!! eep! And I've felt bad I started a bunch of sims skins and then just never finished them... :confused:

I hope everyone here has been doing well. :D

I also suffer from depression occasionally. Fortunately it is decreasing as I get older but I have had it all my life. I sympathise but apart from medication (which is very very important) there is nothing to be done except hide and wait for it to go away. I am really glad you are back. All the very best for the future.
If you ever think that writing can do any good for you (and it might - I don't know) then please either post or write me an e-mail, if you like. Nobody ever does, so you could join an exclusive club of one!

I'm glad you're able to stay positive and cheery haz, it's one of your good qualities. I try to stay positive too, and not think about sad stuff, but what's wrong with me is medical, so I get this weird thing sometimes where I'm having fun enjoying a movie or something and I suddenly get this tight painful feeling in my chest and throat and it closes up and I burst into tears... it's like emotion pain that comes out of nowhere and for no reason. So I laugh at it and try to go on. Weird huh?

I've struggled a bit with depression as well but found that it usually was related in my life to external events, eg. death in family, etc.

So, I hope that you hang in there and don't let your chemical imbalance (or whatever you might call it) get you down!! :)

Good news is I've tried to set aside Wednesday afternoons for SIMS time, to visit the forums here and to play my Sims game... bad news is my Sims game keeps crashing to the desktop while I've got my sims Downtown, but at least I don't lose a lot of game data, just start over again and head Downtown...
