Can you point me to a chat client i can actually use on my site? :?

In order to use a chat client you need one of two things:

A chat client that requires no server. These are often database driven somehow.

-or-

A chat client that requires a server that is not on SimGames.net. Commonly, people choose to use IRC for this purpose. I use a $50 Java Applet called javirc on my site. I haven't found any free java clients that I like. However, some IRC networks provide a Java chat that you can link to or embed to make the chat appear integrated into your site.

Edit ChatSel=blah to your channel name. Then you goto the chat place enter chat network change your nick: /nick <new nick> and then register it: /nickserv register help and then register the channel /chanserv help register
