Our anti-spam software is SpamAssassin (http://spamassassin.org), and our anti-virus software is Clam AV (http://clamav.sf.net).

To enable anti-spam or anti-virus processing on your email account, log into H-Sphere, click on the "e-mail" link and then select the domain you want to edit.

To customize domain-wide SpamAssassin options, click on the "Edit" icon next to "Antispam Preferences."

Find the email account you want to enable spam or virus control for and click the address in the list. Now check the boxes for "AntiSpam" and/or "AntiVirus." If you wish to have the domain-wide SpamAssassin options you configured apply to this email address, be sure to also check the "Use mail domain antispam preferences" button. Once you are satisfied click "Submit."

If you were originally part of the SpamAssassin test we were performing, you will have to re-enable SpamAssassin through the control panel.

Please let me know if this new Anti-Spam solution works out well for you or if you have any questions, problems, or suggestions.</div>
