This forum is for technical support questions which the general population, in addition to our regular support staff may be able to help you resolve. Reporting service outages or problems here will not bring them to our attention quickly, or help anyone else much.

If you notice a service outage or other problem, please report it via the trouble ticket system (either through your control panel or by emailing support@simgames.net), or directly email or IM me or another member of the support staff.

:) i knew either my email or post here would catch somones attention. This happened to a person i know. the server hijacked was consuming upwards of 50 mbps. i was just trying to catch somone's eye ;)
