Backups

Is anywhere in my Control Panel where I can do backups. I would like to do weekly backups of all my files and databases.

At the moment you'd have to either find and install a backup script that you run via the crontab (scheduler), or you can do manual archives using the WebShell4 file manager for your site.

Any suggestions on where I can find a good one that is free?
