Your board was upgraded as it was actively being used for an exploit, putting your site and others at risk. I had two choices. One was to suspend your entire site, and the other was to upgrade your board. I chose to upgrade your board. If you need an archive of whatever files were overwritten, one can be provided for you from the backup that was performed this morning, but I have to put the security of the server at a higher priority than individual accounts.
(If I don't close the holes immediately after discovery they continue to be exploited every couple hours until I do, so swift action is required to neutralize the problem.)
My apologies for not emailing you to let you know. I performed the upgrade process on a break at work, and forgot that I had done it when I returned later.
