Upload Limits

first off, i am a total newbie here and my hosting application was only accepted last week..

I had a few questions regarding file uploads. is there a basic limit to file size? It wont let me upload an 8 megabyte file, and im not sure whether thats normal or not.

I'm on a basic subdomain plan. Maybe that has something to do with it.

The main thing is, when i try to upload files over 4 megs an error 404 comes up. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks very much

The max upload size is 15MB

I'm thinking about hosting a couple of websites here. I fully qualify. But don't you think this is a little misleading then?

I know it doesn't say, "unlimited upload sizes", but having an upload limit is kinda harsh if your offering Unlimited Disk Space. An example: I am starting to design maps for Unreal Tournament 2004 and soon 2006 when it comes out. Alot of these maps will easily exceed 15 megs. Maybe the largest at best would be around 35 megs.

The largest I've seen of a UT2k4 map is 120 megs over at:

Honestly though, I hope I never make a map this size, this is kinda insane. I'm downloading it now just to see why it is so big?
