Can't send in application

Hi, I really want this hosting and have a really cool idea that hasn't really been done before, so I think I have a shot at the hosting, but I can't apply. When I check the box saying "I accept these terms" and then click on the button to apply, I get an error saying some .dll file doesn't exist and then nothing happens. What do I have to do to get this to work??

you can send your application to application [@] simgames.net

the site uses your default email apllication, that might be broken somewhere causing causing that error

Same here...I kinda need this free hosting..Do we get a database for downloads...?
