Forums have successfully upgraded to version 2.2.7
Please let me know of any error messages that could occur here. In addition, we've added a expand all/contract all feature that allows you to expand and contract posts that you have or have not read. It is a really intresting hack :)

Two more hacks added are

1) Post Number
2) Short Message When you collapse forums.

There wasn't much changes in this version except for a few patches that addressed bugs in our previous version, support for PNG Avatars, Improved header handling in avatar.php.

It only seems that there was more after the hacks we added into the site.

One more additional has been added to the forums. We've changed the date text. Posts occured within the last 48hrs will occur the text "Yesterday" where as Posts that occured within the last 24hrs will occur Today :)


All others will keep their standard numeric date format :)

I was bored so I've added a PM Folder View hack to give the PM area more of a Email account look :) Enjoy!

Another cool feature we just added to these forums! We have Away messages! So if you ever go on holiday, break or vacation, set an away message so we know that your gone for long periods of time.

To Set an away message, goto your User Control Panel, and Look under User Profile!

What if your internet connection dies....then how do you put up your away message?

Good idea for when I'm gone for about 89 weeks during the summer though :)

Maybe after 10 days of inactivity you could have an automatic idle message...
