Does anyone know about a hack to remove the Temperature-check from Hot Tubs?

I'm getting sick and tired of sims overheating in the tub within minutes..even if it's on a deck outside in the snow
It doesn't make any sense and basically renders any hot tub useless

Try over at MATY ... I'm pretty sure that's been addressed ... but hot-tubbing in the summer is just crazy anyway :p

as expected The "Fisherman" (spanish for Fisherman= Pescador ;) already had a mod...but it doesn't go far enough for me...I want to switch off the temp totally during summer..I mean energycost goes through the roof and there is definitely no need for a watertemp of 80-100 degrees in the summer.

Maybe you should consider dumping summer and having two springs? I already set up my university campus to have two autumns (I thought the learning boost would be useful )

LOL Vega. TS2 has many idiosyncrasies. Some drive us nuts because they are illogical, if not plain stupid. But many are rather life-like. Hot-tubbing in high summer would be crazy, (and in Seasons, summer is HOT ... it's not some wishy washy temperate thing like wot we have in Britland :( )
