If it is cracked or broken, you can send the bits to EA and for a small fee (like somewhere between $7 and $10US) get a replacement disc.

If it is just scratched, you should be able to find products for repairing the CD so that it will work. Sometimes just using a soft cloth and toothpaste will resurface it well enough to play again.
