My Sims can't cook!!

Hey all. I have a problem. When i click on my Sim and point my mouse to the refrigerator...the only thing she can do is to Juggle Bottles. That is the only option. Is my Sim on strike from cooking for her entire life or is it actually an error? If so, how do i fix it?

Have tried buying her another fridge? You might have a problem with the one you have.

Is it just her that cant cook or is it other sims as well?
