Ok,

I seriously need to get a job. Well not seriously...lol but ya. My parents are yappin at me to get one. They said like a fast food place or the commisary(sp?) and i do not want to work there...lol. I want some ppl to list down what jobs are good to work at and their age to be accepted. Some prob wont be in Dover DE. but list any of them.

I am 16 so any jobs that will let me work...

If there are any shopping centers or malls around you might try going around to the various stores there. I think bookstores are more fun to work than fast food places! ;)

well i might apply for target... if not... maybe best buy if their age range is 16...if not then ... umm i will look more... lol

Wal-Mart is a bit better on paying and they do offer jobs for high school students.

Why aren't you studying? I can't understand it. Why should anyone want a dead end job except as an avenue to getting a decent job? Perhaps you really are studying in your spare time (evening schools?). Don't believe that 'intelligence' rubbish. If you work hard enough you can pass any examination that is ever put before you.
Of course, if you have convinced yourself that you can't then that is the end of the matter.

I don't know why I can't get a job. I am very well qualified (well, I was!!) and I am a particularly good private Secretary - Shorthand/Typist. It can't possibly be my age - can it?
