problem running the sims 2 pets game

hey all...
i've downloaded the sims 2 (long time ago) and now i downloaded pets. i installled and everything was ok during the instalation. but when i try to run the game this message appears:

i tried mountin all the sims 2 images i have, but nothing worked. maybe it's becuz it's pirated, or what? any ideas? thanks for any help.

Well, you answered your own question there. The game requires you to have purchased a LEGAL copy, and to have that CD or DVD inside the cd/dvd rom drive to play.

WorldSims does not condone piracy and you won't find any help here I'm afraid. If you want to play, you will need to buy the game like everyone else.
