Flashing red walls

Hello,
My daughter has been playing Sims 2 expansion pack and University with no problem but when she added Sims 2 Pets, she started getting flashing red walls. I read other posts where people experienced the same thing and were told to update their graphics program, which I did. I also added memory but still have the problem. The graphics card is an S3 Prosavage DDR. Does anyone know if this graphics program is simply incompatible with Sims 2 Pets?

I think thre is a fix for this on the EA BBS. I saw something like it. It might help.

First of all, I advise you to search around the forums a bit more (*hint hint* click on "Search" :up: ) and you'll probably find your answer here somewhere.
