Congratulations to everyone who helped make today's record a success!

We have the most number of active users today! The members who help are:

dreamsection runs off of the storage of what you have in your brain...and then theres the question do people really dream? because you tradtionally don't remember what you've "dreamt"

heh I have TONS of dreams!! And I remember a lot of them!! Yesterday I had wild dreams and I woke up as I was composing a song, I still have the chorus to the song in my head and I'll probably try to write more for it someday. In my dreams I often read books or hear or write music that doesn't exist in real life, and I think that's funny because I've heard some people say you CAN'T read in your dreams and that's how you know it's a dream.... hmmm.... My dreams are always full color and the same as being awake and doing things in real life, touch, taste, sound, smell... even the feeling I get when I fly turns out to be similar to the feeling at takeoff of an airplane when I finally DID get to fly in real life.... But I hear some people only dream in black and white. So do any of you dream only in black and white, or do any of you read or NOT read in your dreams?

That's awesome Fae! I do that too sometimes. :) Also that about flying.. it's amazing.. such a feeling of freedom.. I think it's like a gift to dream like that.. some part of you are actually doing those things - sort of.. I don't really know. Anyhow. I thinkmit's good.:) You're creative in your dreams and you take it up and continues to create when you're awake. :classic: Keep going Fae. :classic:

Josh. Maybe there is something to learn from what you dream. Ever thought about write it down? And then look at it form a new viewpoint? I've heard about that. Also dreams are a way to process things that are around you, happens or otherwise do have an influence. I think that's true. I have those too.. ;)

I do Nina......I actually do write them down....try to recollect them.

Or usually if I suddenly wake up, the best thing to do is put yourself into a meditation state and focus on the dream and keeping it active in your mind.

fold your hands and then have your tips of your index fingers come into contact with each other. Focus on the energy flowing between the fingers.

I'm pretty sure that meditation technique has an actual name, before Star Trek came out....
