Night time, all the time

In my Pleasantview neighborhood view, it's now always night time. This is not true on the lots. This happened when I did the 'familyfunds' cheat. Help!

Nightlife included a button for night/day view of the neighborhood. It's over in that area around the build/buy/options buttons. I used it to get my view of the city neighborhoods a daytime look instead of the nighttime look they usually have.

But the button works for any neighborhood, not just the nightlife city.
