Here's one of our posts of speculation. Based on the former City Life and SimCity 4, we'll speculate about certain aspects of the game. Unconfirmed features will appear in orange. Confirmations will be highlighted in green; denials will be moved to the bottom of the list and highlighted in red.

Zoning
Ploppables Only
Note: "Ploppables" means that unlike in SC4, where you zone and lots "grow," all lots would be "plopped" individually, like in "SimTown."
Gridless System

Landmarks
There will be landmarks in the game. For example, the London Eye was featured in one of the screenshots. However, the extent of the landmarks is to be determined. So for the right now, Landmarks remains inconclusive.

Transportation
More Transport
Note: Philippe Da Silva of Monte Cristo Games has confirmed that this has been one of the outcries of the community--that they want more transport, better graphics, etc. etc. So, while Cities Unlimited likely will have more and better transport, that is compared to City Life--not SC4. But, until more details are released, this is CONFIRMED

Realistic Automobiles
From the current screenshots, there are some very recognizeable automobiles--such as Minis, and either a Jaguar or a Mercedes. Which begs the question, will Cities Unlimited feature real models of cars, or is this a temporary placeholder? Only time will tell.

Financial Management
Greater Realism
Note: Again, similar to the above, we're calling this confirmed, as it is an area they have acknowledged that people crave more realism.
