help!!

im having the same promblem just like every one else i bought the game installed it and everything was fine but when i was going to play the game a message came up saying that i need directx 9.0c and i need the latest drives i have know clue what to do anyone can help me out i have been going through so many websites to get this problem fixed but i cant i already installed the directx 9.0c it says it on my system that i have it im just having a problem with the upgrading the drive this is what i have in my display:
