If you have been following our growth here at Livin-It-Up, you know we have been blessed these past few months with an incredible number of talented new staff members. This week is no exception. We are very pleased to welcome Drewster to our staff. He is an extremely talented object creator and skinner, and has designed a wonderful kitchen and a fabulous assortment of patriotic swimsuit skins to kick off his debut.

Once again we have bunches of Bluegenie2 goodies, including a brand new kitchen set, bath set, replacement NPC genie, and more. An awesome assortment of build mode items including a lockable door by Crystal Dreamer (door hacked by Inge Jones. Special thanks to Pella (http://www.pella.com/) for the door design), and a wonderful new bath set by Puluz., and a half dozen new "Slim's Garage" accessories that are also perfect for the auto parts store set!

There are lots of its and bits to download too, including a classic "Easy Rider" chopper by Slim to liven up your Sims Independence day heads up the list. While we are on the subject of motorcycles, you have to see the new bike with sidecar by Ohmikeghod. It's a sensational summer item for your Sims. Java Mama has designed a nifty glass topped oak table and chairs and Puluz recolored the egg chair Robin's Egg blue. Need more artwork? Pendragon, Puluz, and Bluegenie2 have submitted dozens for you to choose from.

Nada has put us back in the real estate biz with an adorable new house and a spectacular spa for pets and their Sims! They are awesome designs that your Sims are sure to go gaga over!

Thinking of a summer remodeling project? Check out the new walls, floors and roofs for your houses. Crystal Dreamer, Bluegenie2, and Puluz provide 24 new walls, 12 new floors, and 10 new roofs for your decorating delight!

That would do it, but the links are also imbedded in the message. If you click on "Livin-it-up" it will take you to the website. If you click on "Pella", it will take you to Pella's site (The company that gave us permission to use their door designs). And if you click on the word "Forum". you will have a direct link to our forum.
