Sims 2 University

Hello, just recently i got the sims 2 university expansion pack.

i installed it and ran it with no problems yesterday, but 2day when i went to load it up it popped up with the typical "...Has encountered a problem and now has to close..." pop-up... but heres the fun part, in the tool bar i get this Sims2EP1.exe - corrupt file. and it lists the directory. I have ran Chkdsk and i have even uninstalled University but still get the same problem.

Any help would be more than appreciated.

And I'm guessing you've patched your game? If you haven't then do. I don't think that will solve your problem but it's worth a try..

Also, you haven't downloaded anything that can cause problems with the directory, have you?

I'm sorry, but that's all I can think of. Not a lot of help, I know. But by bumping this thread I might draw attention to somebody that knows how to solve your problem -- anybody out there?
