unleashed problem

I had to reinstall sims, right from the beginning. I played for a bit in vacation before installing unleashed. After I installed unleashed, all my phone numbers for townies, etc, with the exception of goth and newbie are gone. Is there anyway I can get them back? HELP PLEASE!!!!!
