Hey all! Just thought it would be interesting to have a thread for posting your creature design :spin:

Here is mine designed in photoshop, a water snake-dragon-bat type combination which lives in underwater city...

Wow, that is pretty good. I love the style it is in, too. I'd say that'd make a pretty interesting creature that I wouldn't mind running into in the known Spore universe.

Looks good, the first one I wouldn't mind meeting, and I would also probably just leave it alone because I like it. The other one looks somewhat like my design in some ways, and totally different in other ways.

Here are mine. Hehe, quite proude of it though. The best creatures should be really original. On my "Mander" the jaws are sideways instead and the eyes are on each one of them. The eyes are devided in stripes like insects eyes are but in dots instead. If the mander should get inured in a part of the eye it can still see then, not as good as uninured but it will heal by time. The creature is quite new at land, you can see it gots those seal like feets. Therefore it walks quite slow. Its shy(timid?) but if you gets near you will regret it. Its jaws got a brutal streangth.

Here's how I see my first civilization. Hope we can have trees in cities.
The animal is basically a falcon with arms that are about twice as long as its legs. This should allow for flying and bipedal or quadrupedal walks.
The city is in a organic technological style, with buidlings both on the ground and floating (Hope I can find some way to do it even if the game doesn't support it).

Mine is the Skari, a kind of dog/dragon thing...
I know It doesn't have any color, but its back spikes are yellow, as are its ears and belly, and the rest is green :)

EDIT: Um. Another one...the squirelaroo, simply named because its a rodent with pouches (hey, i'm no good at making names!). The thing on the end of its tail its a mace-type weapon :bouncy:

That, my friends, would be the closest thing to Spore Creature Editor we've got at the moment. It's cartoony, but seriously fun and easy to use. I've already made some kind of spider/chicken/cat thing, it's pretty fun to use, you should all atleast try it.
