Clipping Error on Demo?

I noticed one of the "galloping" creatures in one of the demo movies for Spore had problems with its animation.

The legs went through eachother as it ran. Will they be fixing this on release?

I doubt it, the animation depends on the creatures structure. I'm not saying they can't fix, and that they won't, but I doubt they'll be fixing that.
