I know of some teachers who like school, they put up with low pay and mean bosses because of it... but yeah there are some mean teachers out there too. :(

True enough. Some people shouldn't have been teachers at all.
Some are excellent. and there are all sorts in between. On top of that you have this thing with personal relations. Some peopls you just can't stand for no logical reason. some you just love..

ooh you're taking Spanish Tim? I'm trying to teach it to myself!! I read the first Harry Potter book in Spanish and kind of understood most of the story still, but there were a TON of words I still don't know.... I've found it's fun to rent dvds that have Spanish as one of the Language Options, then I set it to have either Spanish talking with English subtitles, or English talking with Spanish subtitles, and even when I just learn a few new words watching the movie it helps me get used to hearing or reading in Spanish. :) I don't know what level of Spanish you're taking, can you talk and say stuff you want to say, or more like you learn "hello, my name is" and "how are you" and "where is the bathroom?" kind of phrases? :) OK I've babbled a lot now....

oh, and the dvd Spanish thing is always a good excuse to get someone to rent you a movie you wanted to see anyway... explain how it's for helping you learn Spanish!! It's NECESSARY!! heehee! :p

:) cool, I didn't know how to say timothy in Spanish. mi llamo FaeLuna... hmmm... wonder how to make that a more Spanish name... then again, Luna IS Spanish for Moon.... Es necissito por mi estudiar mas Espanol y apprende mas palabras Espanol!! (Is necessary for me study more Spanish and learn more words Spanish)..... I learned that the two l's together in Spanish is a Y sound from knowing how to say tortillas... heehee!!

I got to go to a Mexican music store and a half price book store while I was visiting my friends, and I got some new Spanish books to read and study, and a CD with a song I really liked on the radio that plays Mexican pop music here. I need to learn all the words to the song and then I'll just sing that all the time to practice saying words right!! :p
