snow wont go!!

Please help...on two lots on riverblossom the snow is permanent. Has been since beginning. I have played the lots just to see if snow does go but it doesn't. Cannot use these two lots as it is useless if always snow on ground. What is wrong????:cry:

I suppose you've waited a sim week for the seasons to change? If you have then this might be something the Seasons patch might solve.

on the neighborhood menu, have you checked to see if all 4 seasons were winter?

you can customize it yourself.
just find the seasons icon on top/bottom of the screen and change the season to however you want.
