I have a problem with paint terrain. Can paint concrete, etc, but no trees, etc. Anyone else have this problem? Everything else works. Radeon ATI graphics, Directx 9.0c, etc. etc.

Some trees are more than one square. Sometimes you have to paint multiple squares.

How about with everything turned up to full?

If still nothing with everything at full, then reinstall. You can also try adjusting antialiasing settings and resolution to see if that helps, but I doubt it.

Giorgos, I do believe you need at least 600 MB of RAM in order for small things like trees, rocks, lights, etc to appear. You only have 512MB...

Dear Judson,
Thank you for your interest to my problem
I do beleive that I have to upgrade my RAM
I hope this will is the only problem since Simcity Societies is my first PC Game as a present of my wife and I really want to play it thousands of hours

yes I'm havign the same problem and I also only have 512 Mb RAM. Could that be the reason for the trees ishue? ( I can paint terain and all easelly, but no trees. ). It's un-cool if the rams are the reason for that.

Yes, you cannot paint trees if you only have 512MB of RAM, you'll have to upgrade to more RAM.
