Unhandled Exception Error--Please help me too!!

I recently had to change our video card to get an HDMI output. Now, everytime I run the game, I get a black screen and the message:

Game Exception
Unhandled Exception: Invalid Cell
Type: class TMill:Common::Exception
File: c:\sc5prexmasupdate\source\engine\dxdevice.cpp
Function: TMill::Engine::CreateDevice
Line: 644

The game was working fine with the video card that came with the computer. It started having this problem with the new one. I think that this card is supported by the game...am I out of luck?

Update your video card drivers to the latest version: http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_catalyst.aspx?p=vista32/common-vista32

Report back to see if that corrects it or not.

I swear I've already tried this twice, BUT, apparently third times a charm!! We updated the drivers when we installed the card AND when this game wouldn't work. I don't know what was different about today, but it worked!!! Thank you for your quick reply!! Hopefully there will be no more problems!!
