Sim City Crash Problem

Hey , Here's my problem i hope someone can help me , i installed sim city societies , everything seemed to be working properly but when i start up the game and go to where you create ur new city u put more water, etc . The game suddenly crashes down ... I cant seem to fix the problem i downloaded Patch #1 apperantly it fixes a crash problem it didnt work . Anyone know how to fix this?

You should probably check out the official SimCity site and download Patch #5, which contains all of the previous patches and many, many bug fixes.
