No wall coverings/ floor covering

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone could help. Lately when I'm in build mode under the wallpaper and floors option, there are absolutely none there, and all the wall coverings and floors in already built houses are gone too and replaced with some sort of default floorboard and wallpaper. How can I fix it?

Maybe the folder containing all of those got moved out of your save files?

I'm not sure. I'm not really that great with computers. But that's just an idea.
