Water in basements, please help

I have downloaded homes that have water in the basement. Is there any way to get rid of it without rebuilding?:ponder:

Usually what happens is the neighborhood sits low to the water and when you build or place a lot with a basement in it the "water table" is above the basement floor.
Your only hope is to find higher ground or don't use lots with basements in them in these types of neighborhoods.
