I have a Gateway and here's the stats:
2.0 Ghz Pentium 4
512 MB RAM
60 GB of space left
NVidia Geforce video card

Be a bit more specific on how much memory you have on your nVidia GeForce.

Simple way is to goto Start > Run > Type DXDiag :)

If your video card does not have much memory you only will have to upgrade your video card. Else everthing else you have will run The Sims 2 just fine!!
