Update at Livin-It-Up (http://www.livin-it-up.net) November 8, 2003
The leaves are falling and the weather's getting cold. How in the hell did I let myself get this old? Pardon me, that's just the whine's of a middle aged man attempting motivation on a Saturday afternoon.
We kick this one off with a house to die for. This two bedroom, two bathroom, with large living room, kitchen and study, was designed by Sweetheart around the Greek Rivial set from Jendea Simitecture (http://www.simitecture.com/) as a thank you to Jendea for continued outstanding creations which help make such architecturally detailed houses possible.
Tired of the same old view out your window? Would you prefer your Sims located in the city, mountains, beach, or scenic country side? Well, sorry, we can't exactly move you there, but maybe Bluegenie2 has a little to say about the view with some beautiful scenic "picture" windows with a variety of scenes in an assortment of window frames. Of course, Ohmikeghod's classic 1930 Dusenberg would do a lot to improve that view on it's own.
Life hasn't given you enough of your real kids and you've decided you need them in the game too? Hmm, first off, I won't comment on your sanity if this is the case, but... Anyhow, if you just gotta have kids in your game, your house may as well look like it. Mhari's refrigerators complete with children's drawings and magnets. Add to that a castle style doll house along with the pretty pink "Barbie" theme items by Bluejeans are that perfect juvenile touch. Cute little girl's skins from Mhari as well.
As always we've got the decorative bits and other pieces. A batch of rugs from Ohmikeghod, theatre posters and tapestries by Mhari, the baker's oven from Makin' Magic in red brick by Bluejeans, and more.
NorthernKat, as usual, she's brought us another batch of gorgeous walls this update. NorthernKat rarely gets the mention deserved in our updates. Walls, unfortunately, are often overlooked a little as a kind of common item. BUT, more importantly, her dedication, hard work and commitment behind the scenes should be noted. The little things that go unseen around here and often become taken for granted. Some days just the fact that I wake up and do this, that would be her. Thank you!
