you should be good to go. the cpu may cause an issue, but as long as the grpahics card supports T&L (forgot what it was. ts2 FAQ explains) it should be just fine.

btw, processor speed is measured in GHz, not GB (Gigahertz, not gigabytes. bytes are for measuring memory and hard drive space, etc.)
