Formerly under the working title CaSIE (Create-a-Sim Independent Editor), The Sims 2 Body Shop will let customize almost any part that can be used to build a Sim. Anything's possible, from highlighted hair, to tattoos, to crazy shirts and jeans. And each part is completely independent, meaning your cool dragon tattoo can be combined with another player's one-of-a-kind leopard-print shirt. The combinations are endless, and we can't wait to see what awesome items start appearing on the soon-to-come TheSims2 Exchange.

Sounds way too cool... So who will you design first? Self-portait, mom or dad, male or female, child or adult?

The screen shots they have look good. The tattooing looks more realistic on TS2 that it ever did with TS1. Face painting option is also pretty neat. If I'm allowed to import any image I have on my hard drive, I'll have some of the weirdest tattoo'd sims around SimsVille

I've been swooning over CASIE for so long it'll be hard for me to remember the new name! haha! I'd better redirect my attention to things that mention the Body Shop instead!

actually the bodyshop only has shown us a soupcon of what it will have available... thats why I'm not going crazy creating custom stuff. And I'm still trying to decide if I want my sims to make it in the changing booth.
