What should i do next ?

I currently have a medium sized commercial sector and industrial. What should I do next ? Make a pure farming industry ? Please put what you did for a sucessful region.

There is no one path you can take to create a successful region. That's the beauty of SimCity 4. If you want a farming community in your region and there is demand for it, then go ahead and build one. If you're not so keen on clogging up your usable space with farms, then you don't need any. It's all up to you. Basically if you want a growing region, do what your RCI Demand bars are telling you, and build what your sims are demanding.
