Sim City 4 Deluxe install help

i caant install sim city 4 it egts to 24.03% completion then says something about it couldnt redirect a file,
can anyone please help me?

At first glance it looks like you have a corrupt or incorrect DAT file on your CD, in which case you'll need to get a replacement CD from EA. Unfortunatly this will cost you money but not as much as buying it new again.

However there is a possibility it's a fixable problem. I'll do some research on it and get back to you. In the meantime i'd suggest checking out the help sections on the official site (http://simcity.ea.com).
