Probably not...
If you have a T&L capable video card with at least 32 MB of video RAM then you need at least:
600 MHz P3 processor or better
256 MB RAM if Windows XP, Windows ME, Windows 98 or Windows 2000
At least 3.5 GB of hard drive space
If you have a non-T&L capable video card (such as Intel Extreme Graphics or Radeon 7xxx Series) then you need at least:
2.0 GHz processor or better
256 MB RAM if Windows XP, Windows ME, Windows 98, or Windows 2000
At least 3.5 GB of hard drive space
Supported video cards (and the more video memory the better):
ATI RadeonTM series (7000 or better)
7000, 7200, 7500 (requires 2.0 GHz processor)
8500, All-In-Wonder 8500
9000, 9200, 9500, 9600, 9700, 9800
NvidiaŽ QuadroTM series
Quadro, Quadro2, Quadro4
NvidiaŽ Geforce series (GeForce2 and better)
GeForce2
GeForce3, 3 Ti
GeForce4, 4Ti, MX 420, 440
GeForce FX 5200, 5600, 5700, 5800, 5900, 5950
GeForce 6800
IntelŽ Extreme Graphics (requires 2.0 GHz processor)

From the nVidia (http://www.nvidia.com) website's glossary
Transform & Lighting (T&L) definition: Two separate engines on the GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) that provide for a powerful, balanced PC platform and enable extremely high polygon count scenes. Transform performance determines how complex objects can be and how many can appear in a scene without sacrificing frame rate. Lighting techniques add to a scene's realism by changing the appearance of objects based on light sources.
Some other notes about video cards:
T&L video cards started shipping around 3 years ago, so if you got your computer in the last couple of years you should check and see if you have a T&L card.
It's always a good idea to make sure you have the most current drivers for your video cards. The manufacturers usually have the video drivers on their sites for you to download. Visit the nVidia (http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp) site or the ATI (http://www.ati.com/support/driver.html) for the latest drivers for those video cards.

Some of the cards that are not on the "supported" list that Manager Josh quoted for you may work. However, they've already told us that the Prosavage cards (even the ones with 32-64mb of video RAM) don't work. It's a non-compatibility thing. (They end up with "invisible Sims.")
You may be able to get a new video card for your machine, however. You'll need to figure out whether or not you have an AGP slot (which is good) or just PCI slots (which doesn't give you many options.) The best way to find out is to look in your owner's manual. But if it doesn't tell you, then you'll need to look inside. Here's a FAQ on what to look for:
http://www.crucial.com/kb/answer.asp?qid=3994
Then you can go look at Video cards. But before you do that, arm yourself with knowledge about the different cards and how they compare:

If you only have PCI slots, then there are only 2 cards that will really work well, and they're both rather mediocre cards unfortunately: The Geforce FX5200 PCI and the PCI Radeon 9200.
