Please Help!

Okay, the fact is that WorldSims is in dire need of a cluster of new servers. Our sister site, SimStuff evidently is proving successful and is expanding far beyond what we've expected. In light of this, our projected growth is far beyond what we have originally projected, and our reserved at WorldSims will not last our goal.

Hopefully with some luck SimStuff should be back in 96hrs. We took SimStuff offline for a few days for critcal software upgrades needed to improve performance on the server however we realize these are merely short term solutions. We will most definitely need several new servers to help withstand the stress of everyone accessing the server. I ask everyone to please help donate a small sum so that we can get new servers ahead of our 9 month schedule.

I know this is a lot of ask. You see ads here. The truth is these barely cover our bills and majority of the time we don't make enough to cover majority of our expenditures.

Please donate a little so we can get our servers to serve the community better. Thank you!

hey josh, i don't know if this will be of any help but i can open my computer up to hosting some sort of content. it won't be on 24/7 but I can probably hold backups of the forum or something of that nature.

also I am going to get a dedicated server by summer of 2005, so if there's any chance I can play host to the worldsims forum, let me know.

Thanks for the offer, however there isn't any hosting solutions out there except ones we managed to bargain out that allows us to most benefically serve our needs
