Sorry for the unexpected outage folks! We ran into some severe database problems in the late Sunday night. Luckily we were able to activate several emergency crisis plans which minimized damage to our database. Our server team managed to intervene just in time to shut down critical systems before the damage became any worst.
We managed to avert a massive crisis this time, and repaired all damaged caused by this mysterious database crash. We will be looking into why this crash occured, and will be investigating this incident further.
We've brought back all systems, and will be closely monitoring this issue further on during this week as we evaluate all systems and events that lead up to this crisis.
I really want to thank our head server personnels, Vibol and Cuong, who were up till 2-3 this morning investigating and isolating this issue and resolving all the bugs. Special thanks to also to the Jelsoft team: Steve Machol, George(eva2000) and Zachery who offered their full support in our crisis.
