Game Glitch

My sim was playing with the bear (toy) and now it is attached to her and won't go away. The same thing is happening with her when she picks up the baby. It will just be attached to her and she will just stand frozen. She will walk around with all these things attached to her but she isn't really holding them. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
