Help!

Hi guys, I just got this game yesterday and i have to say that i've never played any of the sims games (except simcity), so i'm a bit lost and need help!.

Well, is there any way that you can reset a neighbourhood? Like restart the game basically...since i screwed up on a bunch of stuff.

Is it one of the preinstalled, Maxian neighborhoods, or one of your own? If it's one of your own creations, just nuke it. If it's a Maxian neighborhood, do the following:

1. Quit TS2.
2. Go to your directory C:\DOCUME~1\<YOUR USER NAME>\MYDOCU~1\EAGAME~1\THESIM~1\NEIGHB~1, and DELETE the directory N00X, where X is 1 for PleasantView, 2 for Strangetown, 3 for Veronaville.
3. Copy, from your Sims install directory <INSTALLDIR>\TSDATA\RES\NEIGHB~1\N00X, where X is the same as above, into the 2 above, replacing the directory you deleted. Note that I have no idea where your TS2 install directory is, as I never install to default directories, and neither should you.
4. PLAY BALL!
