My sim disappeared!

I used to restore my sim's health (in The sims 1) to be full using moveobjects on and then deleting the sim, but when I tried to do it now (using the Sims 2) my sim had dissapeared, did anyone get the same case? How can you get your sim's health full now? :confused:

Your sim is alive and well, but in order to get him back, you must SAVE and EXIT to the neighborhood, and then return to the lot. He will respawn by the mailbox in his last saved incarnation (before you deleted him, not the save you made with him deleted). Always save both before and after deleting him, unless you intentionally WANT him to revert to a previous version, and don't do this if the character has undergone an age transition.
