Ever had the feeling it's happening to you on purpose?

Grr, yesterday a close member of the family passed away suddenly, which has shook the family quite alot.

Today, i find out i have 2 assignments due in on friday and now my darn adsl is slower than a 14.4 modem grrr, so much for the assignments.

I'm telling ya, it's happening to me on purpose. Someone's using the voodoo doll :p *look s at josh*

Aww Iworley.. I'm so sorry to hear about your family. I hope your family will recover.

About your ADSL - I have that too - I think it's not the modem - I think it's the servers from your provider. Hope it will speed up for you..

*tries to cheer you up* *smiles*

oh!! I'm sorry about your loss in your family!! You might be able to talk to someone in charge, like teachers, and see if they can give you extensions on the papers so you can deal with all this. :( Is there a way you can call your service provider and ask them what's going wrong??!! I hope things get better for you soon!! *hugs!*

I am really beginning to think that a chap called Murphy affects what we do. If you drop a screw, can you find it again? No, of course not. There is a law called Murphy's law which is to the effect that if anything can go wrong, then it will go wrong. There is another law which says that Murphy's law is optimistic. Try, so far as you are able, to look on the bright side. My heart goes out to you. Best of luck for the future.

heh sometimes I feel like I'm Murphy's Lab Experiment Gone Horribly Wrong... ;) :p :D There used to be a comic strip named Murphy's Law, I wonder if it's still around.....
