Over the next week or so I will be most likely adding additional staff to this site in order to speed processes up in development and features leaving me free to develop some other behind the scenes projects and seeing if they are fesible.
At the current moment, we will most likely be bringing on board. Items Marked as Priority will be addressed first

Custom Content Artist (Skinners, Object Makers, Etc) for All Games. (The Sims, The Sims 2, SimCity 4) (Priority)
Programmers (PHP/CSS/XHTML) (Priority)
Movie Developers (Create/Upload Movies)
Tutorial Developers (I have a few of you in mind...don't be surprised if you get something via email)
Graphic Designers (Priority)
If you would like priority status on one of these positions or have a position you are interested in but is not listed, please leave me a PM.
Salary Status: Volunteer
Unfortunately WorldSims operates on a very tight budget and even myself, I don't get paid to run any sites. Any money ever made from advertisements always ends up back into operations cost or improvement funds.
There may be a small chance in the future we may pay our staff, however due to current budget limitations, we are unable to.
Committment:
We're asking for people COMMITTED to their task/position, and not people who want their names in the spotlight. We can tell what sort of people you are and we will blacklist you from future positions here at WorldSims and will add your name to a blacklist database shared with our affiliates about your employment activity with us at WorldSims.
Any signs of continous inactivity will result in termination.
