control+shift+c not working, help!

PLease help me. My Sims are broke and they are in need of some serious simoleans, lol. :cry:

Control + shift + c used to bring up a box in the top corner ( On my old computer). Now--it does nothing (I installed The Sims on my new pc. It works great--except for this matter). What has happened???

How can my sims get a hold of some quick cash?? {Rosebud used to be the way. :cool: }

Is there another way to get the cheat box to open up in the top corner???

Control + shift + c is not working for me. I've even tried to throw "alt" in there--nothing is working. :depressed:

PLease help..... My sims are low on cash--oops, I mean simoleans. ;)

A realy quick way to get cash would be to get yourself a crop of money trees and water and harvest them all the time. I sometimes like to make my characters into farmers and then they harvest the money tree as a crop :o Also you can always paint a picture, is your sims have high creativty you get quite a decent amount of money for one.

CRTL-SHIFT-C not working is usually caused by a Microsoft Crippleware Feature, the "sticky keys". Try disabling this inside your "Accessibility Options" control panel.

My ctrl-shift-c goes to the desktop when I have icq running in the background (even if i'm not connected.) Maybe the same thing is happening to you?

The customary advice for any game is to terminate all those spurious background processes before playing. It also improves your game's performance.

Yep. I always have to disable Nortons Anti-Virus when I play, because it makes the game really slow.
