How to build?

Hi

I want to build on an open lot. I have moved a family into an open lot, have cash available and have selected the build tool and an appropriate foundation.

The instruction onscreen and in the printed manual simply say 'click and drag'.

I have tried every version of 'click and drag' imaginable and nothing works?

Can someone please explain how this is done .... please.
